In the mid 1930's, the City of Toronto built a stylish, Art Deco inspired building for their Water Works Department. Fast forward to 2016 and this, now heritage designated, building is about to be transformed into chic city condos with a spectacular Food Hall opening onto a historic urban park. We were hired to create the brand and marketing program for this one-of-a-kind development, which opened in early November. The campaign consisted of signage, sales centre merchandising, brochure, collateral items, online and traditional media. The results far exceeded expectations in sales and dollar volumes with the development being virtually sold out within six short months.
