In the mid 1930's the City of Toronto built a stylish, Art Deco inspired building for their Water Works Department. Fast forward to 2016 and this, now heritage designated, building is about to be transformed into chic city condos and a spectacular Food Hall opening onto a historic urban park. We were hired to create the brand and marketing program for this one-of-a-kind development, which opened in early November. The campaign consisted of signage, sales centre merchandising, brochure, collateral items and on-line and traditional media. The results have far exceeded expectations in sales and dollar volumes.
