When you’ve landed a project that’s located across from the Ontario Science Centre and virtually at the doorstep of Toronto’s new high-speed, Eglinton Crosstown transit route you’ve got to think 21st century. Hence the name Sonic and, the development's second phase, aptly named SuperSonic. The brand is Jetson’s meets modernism, and with cool whiz bang graphics, complimented by Justin Mezzell illustrations, the development launched with a blast. The brochure was characterized with multiple pop ups and pull outs, all relating to the brand promise, FUTURE PERFECT CONDOS.™ The advertising (traditional and online), sales centre, signage and collateral materials all served to complement the brand vision. Both buildings sold in record time.
