When a new condo is launched in a part of the city not known for new development it's big news. Hence our rationale for naming and branding the development SCOOP. Located in what we believed to be an early adopter neighbourhood, the marketing campaign was designed to be cool, edgy and reflective of the target market. Our positioning line, "See what you're missing", coupled with images of people representative of our demographic's profile appeared in all components of the program including signage, sales centre design, print, digital and brochures.
