Pittsburgh isn’t what it used to be. The blast furnaces of yesteryears steel mills have been closed and demolished. The lands on which they stood are now parks or dynamic new buildings that define the new Pittsburgh. As homage to the past, the architects of Morrow Park City Apartments incorporated punched Corten steel into the façade of the building and we reinterpreted that architectural element into the branding and marketing materials for the project. The result, a dynamic visual articulation that was enthusiastically received by both client and target market.
