This ten tower, multi-phase mixed-use development will dramatically change the skyline of Mississauga, Canada's 4th largest city. The brand identity had to be equally bold and dramatic. The multi-coloured identity was designed to represent the city's cultural and demographic diversity and, quite frankly, stand out among the crowd of competitive projects. A 24ft high back-lit sign marks the location of the presentation centre and both traditional and online media executions were created that focused on the market's diversity. The presentation centre opened April 27, 2017 and the first two buildings, consisting of 1,546 residential suites, sold out in a matter of days.
