L.A. Inc. recently launched J. Davis House, Mattamy's first condominium development on Yonge Street just north of Davisville in Toronto. We designed a neighbourhood-centric brand and marketing program built around one of the areas early pioneers. J. Davis, who, as well as being the district postmaster, was the area’s biggest employer. His company, Davis Pottery, supplied earthenware to many early Torontonians, hence the name and icon, an earthenware jug. Davisville was named after him. The campaign imagery was shot in and around the neighbourhood with online initiatives to encourage local feedback. Besides branding, traditional and online marketing communications we designed and implemented signage, sales centre display materials, brochures, web and collateral materials.
