Four Seasons Private Residences Toronto had to maintain a connection with the overall Four Seasons brand, while developing a distinct identity that would reflect the site’s location in Toronto’s coveted Bloor-Yorkville neighbourhood. The solution is an elegant, contemporary marketing package that reflects Four Seasons standards for luxury and meticulous attention to detail. Small touches, like the use of linen on a brochure box and a steel engraved logo, elevate the user experience to a level befitting the Four Seasons brand. Other elements within the communications campaign include site signage, an extensive print advertising campaign, direct mail, broker communications and website.
